What Are You Doing Here?

Passage: Matthew 3:13–17
Service Type:

Bible Text: Matthew 3:13–17 | Preacher: Pastor Peter Gregory | When John the Baptist saw Jesus coming to the Jordan River to be baptized, he said, “What are You doing here?” Baptism is for sinners, and Jesus is without sin. But our Lord was baptized for us sinners “to fulfill all righteousness,” and now we are the people in an unexpected place: clothed with Christ’s righteousness, beloved of the Father, temples of the Holy Spirit, and on the way that leads to heaven.
