We welcome to our pulpit this morning Seminarian Sergiu Trifa, a second-year student ay Concordia Theological Serminary, Fort Wayne.  This year we are supporint Sem. Trifa as our “adopt-a -student”.

During Bible hour, following the service Sergiu detailed his many experiences aiding Ukrainian refugees arriving in Romania after Russia invaded the Ukraine.

What started as a phone call asking for help for Ukrainian friends fleeing the war, became over a year reponding to the needs of hundreds and thousands of refugees crossing the Romanian border, as well as participting in convoys delivering aid to Ukrainian churches.
