“Who do you say that I am?” Everyone is asked to confess what they believe about Jesus. We follow St. Peter when he confesses that Jesus is the Christ. Despite his own personal failures, others recognized that Peter “had been with Jesus,” for they heard his bold proclamation that “there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name, under given, given among men, by which we must be saved.”
