Into temptation. That’s where we find ourselves. Satan puts his bullseye on the hearts of baptized Christians. But into temptation is also where the Holy Spirit led Jesus. Why? Because Jesus, the Word made flesh, is prepared to do what Adam, Israel, and David could not: Overcome Satan and so become our champion and help in every temptation we face.
