Bible Text: Galatians 4:4 Matthew 2:13 | Preacher: Pastor Peter Gregory | “When the fullness of time had come, God sent forth His Son” (Gal. 4:4). Still, what God calls the right time looks like a strange time to us. The Son entered the world—a world filled with the fruits of sin—in the backyard of fearful, jealous King Herod. Not even Herod can stop God’s plan, however, and God brings His Son to Egypt and back again on the way to the cross. Now, in Christ, God fulfills His plan to make us also sons and heirs.
