We welcome Pastor Walter Steele to our pulpit this morning.

Rev. Dr. Walter Steele, is an LCMS missionary and theological educator at the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Baguio in northern Luzon in the republic of the Philippines. Before that he served in Matongo, Kenya and as pastor of three LCMS congregations. He is a 16-year veteran of the United States Navy and served as a Navy chaplain. His wife, Robyn, is currently with the family in Fort Wayne, Indiana, as she pursues deaconess studies this summer.

Pastor Steele will preach for the Devine Service, lead today’s Bible class, and teach a course titled “Pastoral Theology of Romans” during the week.
